Neighbours have son in Army he went missing just as he was due home on leave. The wee fecker was out on the piss in the UK His mum was beside herself thinking the worse. He turned up 2 days later and got a severe telling off from her.
She reflects now on those who still wait for sons husbands dads and lovers who will neve more…

All this modern technology is a devil to get up and running properly, but good to have once it's working properly. I find it a real blessing having a cordless phone - I can take it with me into the garden in the summer so I don't have to traipse dirt into the house when it rings when I'm in the middle of digging more…

I have two cordless phones but usually leave them on their charging stations now I have a second I can carry it around ....if I remember that is !
